The Measurement and Outcomes work group is one of 14 active work groups within the Tioga County Partnership For Community Health. The M and O work group oversees the work of the Health Data Analyst who is housed at Mansfield University, one of the many health promotion partners within Tioga County. The M & O work group meets monthly in Room 251A, Hemlock Manor, on the university's campus. The M & O Strategic Plan The mission of the Measurement and Outcomes work group is to support the collection, analysis and distribution of data and information to the Health Partnership and Tioga County community in order to: provide strategic direction, evaluate program effectiveness and establish priorities for change. |

|
Goal 1 Assist the Partnership in identifying health priorities for Tioga County. |
Objective 1 Maintain a timely and regular supply of comparable data that can be used to assess health. |

Objective 2 Identify and close gaps in the Partnership's data collection to better assess health. |

| Goal 2 Provide dissemination of data to members, work groups, and the public on a regular basis. | Objective 1 Provide information on current health issues and priorities in Tioga County at the Partnership's annual meeting. | ||

Objective 2 Each year, produce at least 2 white papers and accompanying fact sheets on various health topics pertinent to Tioga County and when possible provide updates on previous white papers/fact sheets. | ||
| Objective 3 Maintain a M &O web page that provides partners and the public with current data and information regarding health issue in Tioga County. | |||
| Goal 3 Provide data support to work groups and Partners in activities such as grant writing, program evaluation, outcome assessment and accountability. | Objective 1 Meet with each work group on a regular basis to help asses their projects and services. | ||
| Objective 2 Provide data support to outside grants and projects such as EFDA and the LHS patient satisfaction survey. | |||
