"We’ll be looking for people in a variety of departments in the store: cashiers, garden center, tools & hardware, building materials, etc.  No experience is required, but any retail experience is a plus.  Requirements include availability for a variety of day and evening hours, good people skills, and positive attitude.  We can’t accept any paper resumes – applicants need to apply through on-line process, which includes an assessment evaluation.  Candidates need to pass background check and drug test.   I don’t know if any of that is necessary for you to share, but maybe just that we will be available to answer questions and provide information about how to apply for these jobs which will run through the spring and summer.  Great opportunity for experience in retailing for students!"
