Q & A for Job Interviewing

Nichole Lefelhoc, Associate Director, Career Development & Internships
Dr. Young and Ms. Lefelhoc will be discussing how to stand out in a job interview. Dr. Young will be covering how to become a memorable candidate by discussing the concept of behavioral interviewing, or detailed stories that demonstrate ability in a particular area. Ms. Lefelhoc will discuss the types of questions that you (the interviewee) should ask in an interview. Having questions to ask in an interview is an excellent technique to stand out among the rest of the candidates. They will then have a short demo and small activity for participants.
