North Hall Prize

Posted by Matthew Syrett for December 5, 2012

Students:
The purpose of the North Hall Prize is to promote and recognize outstanding student scholarship that utilizes library resources. There are two North Hall Prizes of $150 each awarded for 2012: one for a paper 5-9 pages long and another for a paper of 10 or more pages.
As of today, the library has received just two entries.
Papers graded during the 2012 calendar year (January–December) are eligible for consideration. All entries must be submitted before 5:00 PM on February 15, 2013 to be considered for the North Hall Prize.
For more details on the North Hall Library Prize, submission directions, and entry requirements, please check the North Hall Prize web page.
Three faculty members and the Library Department Chair serve as judges for the North Hall Prize: Linda Rashidi, Jeanne Kagle, Tim Madigan, and myself.
Thank you for your interest and consideration.
