If you have experienced slowness for 15 minutes or more, please contact the Helpline at 570-662-4357 (HELP), M-F, 8-4PM (ET). If outside of these hours, send a message to email@example.com with details - date, time period this lasted, access info (on/off) campus.
If off campus, this may be an issue with your Internet Service provision. Please provide at least two other websites that you have checked, and confirmed are accessible at the time you were experiencing slowness with the D2L's site.
