Message from the Director Thank you for your interest in the fisheries program at Mansfield University. You are considering a challenging and rewarding career. For over 25 years Mansfield has been the premier institution in the country for undergraduate training in fisheries science and aquaculture. Our graduates form a network of fisheries professionals that spans the nation. Unique features of our program include required internship, independent research and summer field courses, ten different fisheries courses, and a degree that meets the requirements for professional certification by the American Fisheries Society.
