We had a successful Take Your Child To Work Day!
More than 70 children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews of MU employees enjoyed a full day on campus. They were kept busy learning about bee keeping, taking a yoga class, being a campus chef, growing a plant, hearing ghost stories, and many other topics which Mansfield faculty, staff, and retirees provided. The day ended at Decker Gymnasium where the kids were able to chose from swimming, soccer, and field hockey. They even received a treasure bag filled with goodies!
Thank you to ALL of the volunteers who guided children around campus. Thank you to the presenters who taught the children a little something while they were here. Finally, thank you to the parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles who brought the children and enjoyed lunch with them!
