FMLA Information for Faculty, Coaches, Managers, and SCUPA Employees

The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) entitles eligible employees to take up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave for certain qualifying reasons.  Some collective bargaining agreements may provide additional unpaid leave benefits beyond the 12 week minimum.

Sick, Parental and Family Care (SPF) Leave entitles eligible employees to take up to six months of unpaid SPF Absence for certain qualifying reasons.
