 LEADERSHIP AT MANSFIELD

Allan Golden

There are “almost as many different definitions of leadership as
there are persons who have attempted to define the concept.”
Bernard M. Bass, 1990.

There are leaders in all walks of life.  They may be our supervisors, our clergy, our elected officials, our parents or our friends.

What kind of leader will you be?  Will people choose to follow you, think of you as a leader?

Mansfield University will help you discover your leadership abilities and learn new skills over time.  You will apply these skills in your personal, professional and civic life. Whatever your choice may be, Mansfield will help you prepare to make a positive difference as an effective leader.
Dr. Allan Golden, Interim President
