New Refund Procedure |

Spring 2008 refunds will be available on February 8th for students who have finalized financial aid. Bookstore credit slips and cash advances can be obtained in 206 Doane Center.

Financial Confirmation |
||
Your course schedule for the 2008 Spring semester may be cancelled if your prior balance plus 50% of current semester charges are not paid or covered by financial aid! Student Invoices You will be able to view your Spring 2008 charges and make payment on WebAdvisor beginning January 2, 2008. Students anticipating assistance from their families to cover the charges will be responsible for notifying their families of any changes. The payment due date for the 2008 Spring semester is January 4, 2008. Payment of the minimum amount due, as indicated on your invoice, will allow you to defer the remaining balance due for six weeks. The Financial Aid office is available to help you with your financial aid questions at 570-662-4129. |

| Account Info: | Visit MyAccount for your Campus Services login information for access to Email, Blackboard, WebAdvisor, My.mansfield, eTime and wireless campus services. You will need your 7-digit student ID number, the last four digits of your social security number, and the year you were born in order to access this information. New Student Account information WILL NOT be available until early May for students beginning in the summer and approximately two (2) weeks PRIOR to your orientation session for students beginning in the fall. If you try to access your accounts before these dates, it will not work. |

| Blackboard: | Access the Blackboard System. Student Blackboard access should be available by the first day of the term. | |
| Browser Check: | To check the compatibility of your browser with our systems, Access Browser Check. | |
| Email: | New student emails for Summer 08 sessions will be created beginning May 5. After that date, they will be created on a daily basis for anyone registered at that time. Please allow at least 24 - 48 hours after you are registered for classes for your account to be setup. Access MyAccount for information about your new Mounties Mail account. New Student emails for Fall 08 are created approximately two weeks prior to your orientation date. Access our email policy for additional information |

| SafeConnect: | All residence hall students will need to register with SafeConnect in order to access the network. Please access the SafeConnect page on our Student Technology Web for the latest information about registering your computer. |

| WebAdvisor: | Access Webadvisor using
your campus services username and your WebAdvisor PIN number. Students: If you are unsure of your username or password, access MyAccounts to determine your username & initial password for WebAdvisor. Students & Faculty: If you have forgotten your WebAdvisor password, Access WebAdvisor. Click on What's my Password in the bottom right corner of the Main Menu and then click on Reset My Password on the next screen. Follow the directions and a temporary password will be sent to your campus email address. If you have followed the instructions above and are still having problems accessing WebAdvisor, please call the Registrar's Office at ext. 4202. |
