Dr. Bridges serves as the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at The Premier Small Public Liberal Arts University in Pennsylvania, Mansfield University. Chris' experience includes recruitment, residence life, student programming and retention, social justice, conduct, and student leadership with a focus on building community and supporting student growth and development. He has had the opportunity to develop as a professional through his work in both private and public 4 year institutions, and community college.
As Vice President he works to develop and implement services, activities, and opportunities that complete the student experience and enhance their participation and development in college life with the specific purpose of increasing student development, as well as student retention, persistence, and graduation rates.
Dr. Bridges holds a PhD from Ohio University in Higher Education Leadership and Organization, and a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Miami University of Ohio. He enjoys spending time with his wife (the "other" Dr. Bridges) and his 4 children.

Frank is originally from the small town of Plymouth Township, Pennsylvania. He attended College at Kutztown University and received a Bachelors and Masters of Science Degree. Frank worked 10 years within their Residence Life Program and was previously the Residence Coordinator for Housing, Residence Life and Dining Services. He became the Community Conduct Officer at Mansfield University in June of 2013.

Andee is a native of Tioga County and a Mansfield University alumnus. She has been a member of the Mansfield University community since February 2009. She has a passion for event planning which has been the catalyst for her creativity and commitment within Student Affairs. In June of 2012, Andee was appointed as the Associate Director for Student Life – Student Transition. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. In her free time she enjoys doing outside activities.

In fall of 2014, Ruth will be entering her third year within the division of Student Life. She has been working at MU for 16 years overall and previously held a position in the department of Athletics. A Mercyhurst College (now University) Lakers alum, Ruth became a Mansfield University Mountaineer alum with a Master's in Organizational Leadership. She was the first generation to attend college, and played basketball for the Division II Lakers near hometown of Wattsburg, PA. Ruth treasures time spent with family - husband Gary, Cody (8), & Andy (6). She also rejoices in fitness activities, running in particular – having completed three half-marathons. She also avidly spends time involved in local YMCA, DCNR & US Army Corps of Engineers with projects comprising of fitness and environmental passions. Mrs.Courtney Hull, Certified Campus Minister, has been a part of the Mansfield family since 2001. Courtney's journey in ministry began as an undergraduate at St. Bonaventure University (SBU), a Catholic, Franciscan college in western New York state. While at St. Bonaventure, Courtney studied biology and theology and was active in campus ministry. Her service work at a student run soup kitchen, with children and also as an RA at SBU, led her to Philadelphia where she spent two years as a full-time volunteer at an inner-city soup kitchen called St.Francis Inn. In May of 2008, Courtney earned a second degree from St.Bonaventure so she holds a B.S. in Biology/Theology & an M.A. in Franciscan Studies. Courtney loves to laugh and talk with students about anything and everything. She also enjoys reading and spending time with family, friends, her husband Patrick, her dog Finnegan and her cat Elvis.

As the Associate Director of Student Life, Mary Beth is responsible for the direction of the office of Greek Life and the Center for International Students and Visiting Scholar Services. Mary Beth enjoys working with groups and individuals in discovering their leadership, personal, and academic potential.
Mary Beth is originally from Binghamton, NY where she graduated from Chenango Valley High School. She obtained a BS degree in Education from Lock Haven University and a MS.Ed. in Counseling & Adult Education from Elmira College. After graduate school Mary Beth started what has become, 30 years at Mansfield University. Mary Beth has served Mansfield and it's students in many capacities over the years and is always willing to help where she can.

Nichole Lefelhoc joined the Mansfield University Career Center staff in September 2007. Her professional passion stems from an intense desire to help others find their own passions in life. As the primary career development specialist on campus, she leads all functions of the Career Center which include providing a comprehensive range of services, programs, and resources focusing on career exploration, skill development and job, internship, & graduate school searches. Essentially, the Career Center exists to help students and alumni in any step of their career journey. She is also responsible for developing and expanding the base of organizations interested in offering internship and employment opportunities to Mansfield University students and alumni. Nichole holds a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA) with a concentration in Community Development & Management from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work with a minor in Leadership Studies from Lock Haven University. She resides in Mansfield with her husband and their dog, cat, and Belgian draft horses. Donna currently serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Student Life Office. With over 20 years experience at Mansfield University, she has had the opportunity to work in several departments across campus and has gained valuable knowledge and skills throughout the years. Donna is a graduate of Yough High School and attended Business Careers Institute in Greensburg, PA. Formerly from the Pittsburgh area, she lives in Mansfield with her husband, Steve and their three dogs. Hobbies include spending time with family, 4-wheeling, camping and gardening to name a few.

Steve grew up in the Buffalo, NY area. He graduated from D'Youville College earning a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Peace Studies. He graduated from Buffalo State College with an MS in Student Personnel Administration and currently serves as the Director of Student Activities and Programming at Mansfield University. He has worked as a university administrator at both private and public colleges and universities over a long and very fulfilling career in Higher Education. He is married to his lovely wife Mary Lou, the Director of Spiritual Life at Arch-Bishop Walsh Academy and they have two children Mark and Jane, and two pets, Maggie, a Wheaten Terrier and Mia, a Bengal Cat. Steve has enjoyed playing ice hockey for many years and now skis and snowboards with his family for winter sports activities. Steve also enjoys the arts & entertainment, traveling, sporting events, reading, and being an administrator at Mansfield University with the real opportunity to make a difference in a student's life on the good journey that is Mansfield University.
