Course Description: Introduces the legal environment of business and its role in modern society. Topics include the formation of contracts, sales, negotiable instruments, bank deposits and collections, secured transactions, and business organization. Emphasizes social and ethical considerations, terminology, fundamental legal principles, and analysis.
