Student Giving

Why should you give?

Students are the heart of Mansfield University and the custodians of its traditions. One of the oldest of those traditions on the Hill is student philanthropy. Private gifts have helped build the University and made it the excellent institution it is today. Giving helps the University recruit and retain the best students and faculty; support academic programs, modern classrooms and labs, as well as new technology; enhances campus facilities; and supports the library.

What does the tradition of philanthropy mean to you?

Giving to MU increases the value of your degree. A degree from Mansfield University opens many doors to future success, whether you are joining the work force or going on to graduate school.

Many students consider their time at MU the best of their lives. Giving helps build on the excellence you experience by helping future students obtain an MU education. If you benefit from a scholarship during your time here, giving is a way to honor those people whose gifts opened the doors to a college degree for you.

How Can I Give?
