About Commencement

• Students must complete all graduation requirements in order to participate in the commencement exercise.
  

• Students who complete all requirements at the conclusion of the summer session are invited to participate in the December commencement.
  

• Official transcripts which indicate completion of all requirements and earning of the degree are available to students shortly following their semester of completion:  Fall, Spring, or Summer.
  

• Commencement is a special event at Mansfield University and provides an opportunity for the University to honor its graduates, for the graduates to celebrate with and honor their families and friends, and for the faculty to celebrate their work with these graduates over the recent years.
  

• We encourage all graduates to participate in their commencement.
