The Department of Business and Economics has requested the following curricular change:

Course Change: ACC 3320 Advanced Accounting

Purpose and nature of change:
Revise catalog description to reflect updates in course to qualify for “G”

Designation:
Add “ACC 3310 or permission of instructor” to requirements.

New course description for catalog:
Theory and methodology of consolidated financial statement accounting is examined. Accounting for foreign currency transactions, hedges, and translation of foreign currency is studied. The impact of different countries’ economic, political, and social systems on the accounting systems is studied.
