The Department of Biology has requested the following curricular action:

Action: Program Change: Bachelor of Science in Education – Biology Education

Rationale for change:
Low student enrollments and few job opportunities

List of all changes:
Place the program in moratorium leading to the removal of the degree program

Impact on other programs:
Enrollments in ED 3313 Teaching Secondary Science and Technology will be reduced by about one-third which could lead to reducing the offering of this course to every other year.
