This course promotes students’ thinking about the underlying rhetorical dynamics in organizational life.  It focuses on the narrative approach’s vital role in organizational leadership. Students will explore the rhetoric of leadership—language having a persuasive or impressive effect on its audience— and they will be prepared to utilize these compositional processes to promote organizational change, especially during significant organizational transitions.
