| A. |
Proposed amendments to this
constitution must first be presented to the Senate.
|
| B. |
If a proposed amendment receives
approval by a simple majority vote of the Senate, it will then be
distributed in writing to the members of the Faculty Assembly.

| C. |
A meeting of the Faculty Assembly
shall be held after one month has elapsed following the distribution
specified in B, above. The agenda of this meeting shall include
discussion of the proposed amendment.

| D. |
After the meeting of the Faculty
Assembly at which the proposed amendment is discussed, a mail ballot
will be distributed to all members of the Faculty Assembly.

| E. |
The proposed amendment will be
adopted if it receives a two-thirds vote of approval by those voting,
provided that at least 25% of the members of Faculty Assembly cast
ballots.
