Section IV

FACULTY ASSEMBLY

A.

Meetings

1.

The Assembly shall hold a minimum of one meeting each semester.

2.

Special meetings of the Assembly may be convened under the following circumstances:

a.

By the President, or Vice-President of the Senate

b.

By the President of the University

c.

By petition of twenty-five members of the Assembly

d.

By a two-thirds vote of those present in the Senate who are eligible to vote

3.

A quorum shall consist of twenty-five percent of the Assembly membership.
