Treasurer's Report (D. Dietz)

Balance: $698, minus the $75 we owe from before = $623 which is 'ours'.
We need $127 more for the next scholarship withdrawal, although Nancy Conklin has 'extra' funds to cover us if we need to go negative. We should try to avoid this situation. She'll probably withdraw the funds later in February.

  2. Jannis Floyd is in Philadelphia with the Presidential Search.

Provost (M. Renner & D. Seigart)

  1. (Renner) No firm Spring 06 enrollment numbers yet, but actual is higher than predicted! Day 15 of classes is the freeze date.
  2. (Renner) Trustees approved the waiver of room and board for fulltime summer students! (That means they are taking 5 or more credits in a 6 week period. Student Resident Assistants will be getting some form of payment in addition to free room and board, but details are not ready.)
  3. (Seigart) NCATE/PDE submissions are well under way! April 22-26 will be the busy time for that, so plan faculty events away from those dates if possible!

New Business

  1. (J. Murphy) Faculty Assembly will be held sometime in April, probably at the 4pm hour,
    most likely on a Wednesday or a Thursday. We are required to have one of these each year. Contact Joe Murphy with comments about time/date.
