Diplomas are not distributed at the graduation ceremony. Diplomas are mailed by the Registrar one week after Commencement, upon final review of degree program requirement completion and any outstanding financial obligations for each graduate. Diploma cases are for ceremonial purposes only. Graduates not participating in the graduation ceremony may purchase a case through the Mountie Den.
If your home address changes at any time during the semester, please submit a Change of Permanent Home Address form to the Registrar's Office located at 224 South Hall.
If you are submitting the form and it is less than two months away from Commencement, e-mail Ryan Stanley in the Registrar's Office at firstname.lastname@example.org so he has the correct address to mail your diploma.
