Support Access

To most effectively request and use Support resources you need to set up your site.

Before using Support options:

  1. Designate and Register Support Users at your site. Accessing the PaperThin Support site requires authentication.
  2. Check available Support Points. These are credits for dedicated support time, issued as part of your CommonSpot licensing or subscription agreement.
  3. Verify that your environment supports a direct connection to PaperThin Support.
