Why can't I see a course in D2L?

The following are possible reasons why a student can not see his or her D2L course:

  • By default, the semester and departments are collapsed, so users will need to expand the list of courses for a semester and department by clicking on the plus “+” box next to a semester and department to see the list of courses they are enrolled in.

  • Normally, courses will be populated with students no more than 10 days prior to the start of the semester. If you just registered for a course please wait 1 to 2 business day.
  • If the course is not set as "active" by the course instructor.
  • Try clearing your internet cache. Click here to learn how.
