Summary of Events
On or about the above date, time, and location University Police responded to the the report of a silver in color Dodge vehicle that had been parked in intersection at that location. Several male and female individuals were reported to have been dancing on or around the vehicle, and the vehicle's radio was reported to have been playing loudly. A member of the student life staff approached those individuals and requested that they discontinue the activity, and several of the individuals responded with inappropriate language before they all quickly got into the vehicle and fled the area. Police located a vehicle matching that description a short time later illegally parked in the handicapped parking area near the East entrance to the Oak Manor residence hall and conducted a traffic stop. The above listed individuals were all inside the vehicle at the time police made contact with them, and they admitted their involvement in this incident. No charges have been filed in this matter.
