COVID-19 Health & Safety Guidelines
In order to ensure the on-going safety of our campus community and to continue maintaining a safe environment, all officers, members, and sponsors/advisors of Mansfield University Student Clubs & Organizations will be required to follow the COVID-19 Health & Safety Guidelines before holding group events. A copy of the Health & Safety Guidelines can be obtained by contacting Donna Miner in the Student Affairs Office via email: dminer@mansfield.edu.
Please have your club/organization review the guidelines and have a responsible party in your organization sign and return the form to Donna Miner via email or you can drop the form off at her office located in Alumni Hall, Room 327B. No room reservations will be confirmed until the form has been returned and it has been reviewed/approved by the Interim Vice President for Student Affairs & Enrollment Management or the Interim Dean of Students.
It is also important to remember that all requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance, no exceptions.
