PA In-State Tuition & Scholarships for NY Southern Tier Residents
New, first-year students residing in six New York Southern Tier counties (Broome, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga, and Tompkins) who enroll at the Mansfield location will pay Pennsylvania in-state tuition and receive eligible in-state merit scholarship awards (non-local).
