Student Learning Outcome:
Students will be able to identify the skills necessary to be successful at managing their time at the college level.
Step 1:
When creating goals, they should be SMART goals:
Specific - Who, What, Why, When, How?
Measurable - How will I know when my goal is accomplished?
Attainable - Goals should be a slight stretch, but not so far-fetched that you are setting yourself up for failure.
Relevant - Is the goal consistent with your overall purpose?
Timely - Set a specific time frame within which you will accomplish your goals.
Complete the Motivation & Goal Setting Worksheet (doc).
